Cookie Policy

17.1 What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small key–value files a website stores in your browser. They are sent back with each request and are used to keep state. They can be first-party (our domain) or third-party, and session or persistent.
17.2 Cookies We Use
We use an essential cookie that always operates to remember your consent choice. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (to measure site usage and improve the service) and personalization cookies (to remember preferences and tailor content). If you decline, only the essential cookie is used and you can still use the site.
| Name / Category | Purpose | Expiry | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
mpc_cookie_consent | Stores your accept/decline choice | 180 days | Essential (first-party) |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 — distinguishes visitors and sessions to measure site usage | Up to 24 months | Analytics (set only on consent) |
| Personalization | Remembers preferences to personalize content | Up to 12 months | Functional (set only on consent) |
17.3 Third-Party Requests
We load web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). This does not set cookies, but your IP address is shared with Google to deliver the fonts.
We use Google Analytics 4 (googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com) to measure site usage. It runs with Google Consent Mode: until you accept, it stores nothing on your device and reports only aggregate, cookieless signals. After you accept, it sets the analytics cookies listed above. IP addresses are truncated by Google and are not stored. See Google's Privacy Policy.
17.4 Withdrawing Consent
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser; the consent banner will reappear.
