The roadmap combines MPC’s mining and commercial development with its Web3 product, community, token, compliance, partnership, and ecosystem milestones. Future milestones remain subject to technical readiness, legal review, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Five strategic stages.

Progression across these strategic stages will be informed by reference-project validation, multi-project adoption, and jurisdiction-specific technical and legal readiness.

    Mining Data, Verification and Registry

    Establish the foundational infrastructure for structured and traceable mining-project information.

    Mining and Commodity Marketplace

    Develop infrastructure through which qualified projects, professional service providers, enterprises, and institutional participants can interact.

    Project discovery, verified information access, data services, institutional connections, marketplace infrastructure, and eligible project-specific asset functions.

  4. Stage 4

    Institutional Commodity RWA Infrastructure

    Expand the infrastructure for institutional participation in mining and commodity RWA markets.

    Permissioned infrastructure, institutional data access, compliance-aware asset structures, enterprise integration, custody and settlement connections, and cross-border project infrastructure.

  5. Stage 5

    On-Chain Commodity Market Infrastructure

    Develop a broader infrastructure layer connecting mining-source data, verification, assets, markets, and financial applications.

    Multi-commodity data and Oracle infrastructure, institutional market connectivity, commodity-related applications, and potential support for regulated commodity-linked financial products.

Reference project

From one project to many.

The first reference-project application will use Tsagaan Tolgoi to connect project data, professional verification, assay information, registry records, on-chain proofs, Oracle infrastructure, lifecycle management, and project-specific asset infrastructure. Once validated, MPC plans to apply this model to additional projects, jurisdictions, and resource categories, including gold, copper, silver, lithium, nickel, rare earths, critical minerals, and energy resources.

MPC’s long-term objective is to become a Mining and Commodity RWA Marketplace and Infrastructure Layer connecting verified mining data, asset structures, Oracle information, and real-world production data with on-chain markets. Future institutional commodity access and commodity-linked financial products will be explored only where technically mature, legally permitted, and supported by the required licences, regulated partners, security controls, liquidity, and jurisdiction-specific approvals.
