6.1.1 Application
A Mining Company or Project Sponsor applies to onboard a Mining Project.
6.1.2 Initial Screening
MPC reviews the project's basic information, data availability and suitability for the Infrastructure.
This screening does not constitute a final assurance by MPC of the legal or technical eligibility of the mine.
6.1.3 Data Onboarding
The Project Sponsor submits Mining Data, technical documents and Source Data and connects them to the MPC Data Infrastructure.
6.1.4 Professional Verification
CPs, technical experts or relevant professional institutions review the Mining Data and technical information.
6.1.5 Legal / Asset Structuring
Legal Counsel reviews the underlying assets, rights structure, contracts and applicable jurisdiction, and designs the project's Legal / Asset Structure.
6.1.6 Issuer / SPV Setup
Where required, a Project-Specific SPV or another eligible Issuer is established.
6.1.7 Regulatory Review
The Asset Token's legal classification, Offering Structure, Investor Eligibility and any required licences are reviewed.
6.1.8 Smart Contract and Registry
On the basis of the confirmed Asset Structure, MPC builds the Smart Contract, Registry and related technical Infrastructure.
6.1.9 Investor Onboarding / Distribution
Where required, KYC/AML, Investor Eligibility and Distribution procedures are carried out through a Licensed / Regulated Partner.
6.1.10 Asset Token Issuance
The legal Issuer issues the Asset Token for that project.
6.1.11 Lifecycle Management
After issuance, Mining Data, Verification Status and project changes are connected to the Digital Record.

6.3 Continuous Lifecycle Management
Even after Tokenization, a Mining Project may produce new drilling results, test and assay data, technical reports and changes in project status.
MPC connects those changes to the existing Digital Record, providing a structure in which Verification History and the Asset Record can be tracked continuously.
