4.3 Tokenize — Asset Infrastructure

A Mining Project that has been verified and structured can be connected to Digital Asset Infrastructure once the necessary Legal / Asset Structure is in place.

MPC provides the Smart Contract and Registry Infrastructure. The underlying assets and rights structure of each Asset Token are defined by that project's own legal and contractual structure.

When new data or a change in project status arises after an Asset Token has been issued, it can be connected to the existing Digital Record through the necessary review and Re-Verification.
